Hey Warriors!!

This Friday, December 5th, we are starting the season with our first league game against  Independence High school.  Along with that, here's a recap on how they did last season. Last season the girls were able to defeat the Sixers with a score of 0-2. Let's wish our girls the bestest of luck out in the field! Now for our next upcoming game for this week, there is going to be an alumni game on Saturday December 6th, at 10 am. Where you may ask? Here at YB! Come show love and support to our girls so they can give it their all!!

Hey Warriors!!

This Wednesday, December 10th, our girls will be going against Del Mar High School at home. Last season, our girls lost 0-2 i the first round and tied 3-3 against the Dons. They are hoping to continue their winning streak this season. They are also going against Mt. Pleasant this Friday, December 12th at home. Last season, they lost the first round 1-2 and lost the second round 2-3. Let's wish our lady Warriors goodluck!

Hey warriors !! 

This week we will be having two games, starting off with Andrew Hill HS. it will be a home game here at our field. Then on December 19th we will be going against Overfelt  and it will be an away game. The game times will be at 4pm for JV and 6pm for Varsity. Be sure to come out and support the girls for their ongoing streak of wins!!

Hey Warriors!!

Happy new year hope you had a good year and break 

This upcoming game against San Jose will be our first                      league game of the 2025-2026 season .  The girls are always putting in the work i believe in them stop by and see your friends and  family members to watch an amazing game 

James lick will last we played them we lost but see you in the game wish them luck anyway it will start very soon and show up to see who wins.

Hey Warriors!!

This week our girls will be having two games, starting off on Wednesday January 14th our varsity girls have a home game against Gunderson at 6:00 pm and no jv that night due to no jv team on their end. Then on Friday January 16th our girls have an away game against Oak Grove with jv at 5:00 pm and varsity at 7:00 pm. Just to recap from last year, our girls unfortunately lost to Oak Grove finishing off with a score of 2-0. Hopefully this season they are able to redeem themselves during this week's game. Make sure to come out and show your support to our girls!

Hey Hey Hey warriors!!

This week we have some more matches up , starting with this week on wednesday we have a match against Independence High school . The game will be taken place here at Yerba Buena  along with varsity  starting at  6pm. Last year our girls went up against Independence HS. and ended the score with a 2-0. Let's hope they keep it up and come home with a win again. On Friday we have an away game against Del Mar  with JV starting at 5pm and varsity starting at 7 pm. Last year  when the girls played against Del Mar they ended with a tie 3-3 but lets hope the girls will make it through and bring the win. That is all for this week and don't forget to come out to support our girls!

Hey Warriors!!

This week our girls will be having two games, starting off on Wednesday January 28th, they will be playing against Mt. Pleasant @ Mt. Pleasant. Last time, the girls beat Mt. Pleasant 1-0. We are hoping for another win. Following, on Friday January 30th, our Warriors will be facing our rivals Andrew Hill once again. Last game we beat them 1-0 and are working to beat them again! Stay tuned to see how are girls do.

Hey Hey Hey warriors!!

Hey Warriors! 

Yerba Buena had their first league game against Independence High school. Our JV girls won 2-3 with the goals being by Karla Gonzalez, Audrinna Serrano, Arianna Santos, they played aggressively and kept the ball on their opponents side for most of the game. Our girls Varsity team won 0-1 with a last minute goal by our captain Andrea Montelongo. She shot an amazing goal from the 30 yard line. Along with Ashley Moreno taking shots and good assists, and also our captain Ashly Nieto, playing goalie, saved a lot of high shots that almost went in the goal. The Varsity team played aggressively and they never gave up. Our next game is Against Del Mar on December 10th, 2025 @ Yerba Buena. We hope to see you there and come support our girls soccer team!

Heyy Warriors! 

On Wednesday Yerba Buena had a game against Del Mar. Here are some highlights of the game! Starting off with JV, they won 1-3 with goals by Luna Castillo, Priscilla Aparicio, and Rosalinda Ramos. They played a steady and fast game, everyone showed aggressiveness and pushed for the win! Moving on to Varsity, The won 0-1 with the goal by Jaslene Alvarado. The varsity girls were finding spaces and had good communications, also they had good passes. On Friday, Yerba Buena beat Mt. PLeasant 0-1! Last year, our lady Warriors lost against them 2-1. Our only goal was made by Ashley Moreno and a total of 6 saves by Ashly Nieto. The  Warriors now hold a 3-2 record. Thanks to all the warriors that came to see our girls play.

Heyy Warriors! 

On Wednesday Yerba Buena had a game against our rivals Andrew Hill. With a lot of blood sweat and tears, our. lady Warriors beat the Falcons 0-1. Goal made by Ashley Moreno with an assist from Denise Cruz. Our goalie  Ashly Nieto has a total of 5 saves. The girls have been learning to take more shots on goal quickly and under pressure. Last Friday, Yerba Buena tied Overfelt 0-0! Last year, our lady Warriors lost against them 1-0. That's a great improvement. Our goalie Ashly Nieto has 2 saves and the team took 10 shots on the goal. They're definitely a tough team to beat so hopefully our lady Warriors can get the W in round 2.

Heyy Warriors! 

On Wednesday Yerba Buena had a game against San Jose and tied 1-1. The Warriors fought hard against the Bulldogs but couldn't get the win. Hopefully they can come back in round 2. On a better note, Yerba Buena beat James liick on Friday 0-3. Goals scored by Jaslene Alvarado, Ashley Moreno, and Kaycee Landa. Our defense line put their all in that game resulting in our goalie only having 1 save!

Heyy Warriors! 

On Wednesday Yerba Buena played a hard game against Gunderson. They tied against Gunderson 1-1. Jaslene Alvarado scored a miraculous goal with the assist from Angeles Mendoza. Our defense line has been working hard which led to our goalie Ashly Nieto with only 2 saves the entire game! Then on Friday, our very own Warriors beat the first league team Oak Grove! An incredible game was played by both teams. Our top performer Jaslene Alvarado scoring 3 goals, Ashley Moreno scored 1 and amazing assists from Andrea Montelongo and Kaycee Landa. Great job Warriors!

Heyy Warriors! 

On Wednesday Yerba Buena had a game against Independence High School. Unfortunately they tied 0-0 against the Sixers. Our goalie Ashly Nieto had a total of only 3 saves! Following, on Friday, our lady Warriors fought a battle against Del Mar, and of course, they won! Once again, Jaslene Alvarado put 2 in the back of the net with the help of Kaycee Landa! Good job ladies!

Heyy Warriors! 

On Wednesday Yerba Buena played Overfelt and tied 1-1. Not the outcome we were hoping for but the leaves YB still undefeated. Our top performer Jaslene Alvarado made a beautiful goal off a penalty kick. Goalie Ashly Nieto with 5 impressive saves.  Unfortunately they also tied 0-0 against the San Jose Bulldogs on Friday. The girls played an agressive team and kept them on their toes. Our goalie Ashly Nieto had a total of only 5 saves! Goof job ladies! Lets keep iup the undefeated record.

Hey Warriors! This week on Wednesday February 11th our girls had a home game against James lick. Our girls put in the work during the game winning 4-0 with 6 saves from Ashly Nieto, 2 goals from Jaslene Alvarado one off of her own corner kick! 1 goal from Ashley Moreno, 1 goal from Angeles Mendoza, and assists from Ziana Rodriguez and Denise Cruz. Then on Friday they had an away game on February 13th against Gunderson. They took the win with a score of 1-0 with the goal by Jaslene Alvarado, this makes their record 10W-0L-7T in the league! Still undefeated in the season with one last game to go!

Heyy Warriors!

Last Wednesday, February 18th, our girls had their final game and senior night against Oak grove. Unfortunately they tied the eagles 0-0, resulting in them being locked in 2nd place in league. The girls fought hard in their last game and hated to watch the seniors leave.

Nonetheless the girls had a phenomenal season. Their final stats are 10-0-8, which leaves them to be the only undefeated team in the league. Thats still a win in my books !

We would like to give a huge thanks to the families that came out to support our lady warriors this season throughout this amazing journey and a special shoutout to all the seniors that will unfortunately be leaving. If you made it this far, thanks for staying tuned! Until next season.
