Hey Warriors!!! The day has finally come, the Season will start with a match against Andrew Hills HS on September 25th, 2024, where the JV team will start at 5:30pm and the Varsity team will start at 7:00pm. Andrew Hills HS is considered a tough opponent to start the season. Andrew Hills has always been a highly rated opponent in matches when they have won a total of 19 matches out of 22 matches, we have only won 2 matches and 1 draw. Looking back at the California Ranking, Our girls have been updating from 1203 to 1096 after the Pre-Season, and there is a superiority that shows the girls' efforts. Meanwhile, Andrew Hills is holding steady at 636 after Pre-Season, ranking over us. Although Andrew Hills HS has the advantage of playing at home, the Warriors are determined to win. With our girls' efforts against a highly rated opponent, let's hope our girls have a convincing victory. LESSSGOOO WARRIORS!!!

Yerba Buena lost 3-0 to Andrew Hill as our girls tried their best to turn the score around. After a loss at the beginning of the season, this will be an obstacle for the girls to consolidate their ranking in the tournament. A regrettable loss to Andrew Hill and will be a lesson for the girls to learn from. Hopefully the girls will win the upcoming matches.

A convincing 3-0 win for Yerba Buena against Live Oak, as the girls fought hard, with Maddelyn Tran being the standout player of the match as she completed her defensive and offensive duties to perfection. With the scores being 25-12, 25-23 and finally 25-23 for YB. Congratulations to the girls on their first win of the season.

The Warriors are set to against Silver Creek HS on September 30th, 2024. JV will play at 5:30pm and Varsity will play at 7:00pm. Silver Creek has a strong record of 11 wins out of 15 matches, while the Warriors have only won 4 matches. The California Ranking shows a superiority between the girls' efforts and Silver Creek' standing at 464. Despite Yerba Buena' home advantage, the Warriors are determined to win. They hope to have a convincing victory against a highly rated opponent. The Warriors are excited to face this tough opponent and hope for a convincing victory.

On Monday night, Yerba Buena lost 3-0 to Silver Creek. While Silver Creek was a favorite and their Record Breakdown was better than ours, the girls tried their best and converted their chances into points. Hopefully the girls will win more games in the upcoming season.

Hey Warriors! Prepare for a matchup with Gilroy High School as we, fourth game since the Season started. We only met them once, it was a lost Saturday's neutral tournament match against Gilroy by a score of 2-0. We have faced challenges from them in the past, but we are committed to winning this time as a Season game.Furthermore, Gilroy High School plays its home games here. The JV teams start play at 5:30 PM and the varsity game will start at 7:00 PM. Hopefully, the ladies will win this battle.

Another win for Yerba Buena this season as they scored 3 points against Gilroy. This is also a revenge match from Saturday’s Neutral Tournament. Kendra Valencia was the biggest contributor to Yerba Buena’s win. We will have a Tournament on Oct 5, 2024 on Saturday. Hope the girls do well to win.

Yerba Buena High School defeated South San Francisco High School 3-1 on August 31, 2024. Natalie Vu was the hero of the night. San Francisco High School took a 1-0 lead but the girls fought hard to make it 3-1. The win was the start of the Pre-Season and set the tone for the next game.

Hey Warriors! Yerba Buena High School will play against Mt. Pleasant High School on Saturday, September 3, 2024, in a much-anticipated match. Ranked 1204 in California, Yerba Buena has a stronger track record this season compared to Mt. Pleasant, which is ranked 1382. With Yerba Buena's winning momentum, they aim to continue their success in front of a home game crowd. The JV will kick off at 5:30 PM, followed by the Varsity will kick off at 7:00 PM. This is a second game of Pre-Season. Hope our girls will fight their best to win a satisfying victory.

Hey Warriors!!! Before Yerba Buena HS against Piedmont Hills HS on September 5th (Thursday), an opponent that is said to be higher than us in the California ranking (ranking 833) last season. Also won us 2 times with a total of 3 games played. Not a number that is too much for our girls, the girls will still be ready to fight hard against any opponent, more so when we have the advantage of home field. Yerba Buena Varsity Team lost 3-0 to Piedmont Hills Varsity Team , but our girls did great, congrats to Piedmont Hills for a dominating win, player of the game is Zimo Zhou of Piedmont Hills HS and Kasie Nguyen of Yerba Buena HS. Completed 3 games and will continue with other Pre-Season games. Hope our girls will have victories in the upcoming games.

Prior to Yerba Buena High School's Tuesday, September 10th matchup with Abraham Lincoln High School, a team that is reportedly ranked in California (ranking 1139) from the previous season. also triumphed twice for a total of three games played. Not a quantity that will overwhelm our girls; they will be prepared to battle valiantly against any foe, especially if Lincoln have home field advantage. JV and Varsity games will start at 5:30 and 7:00 p.m., respectively. I hope the girls are prepared to battle hard to win.

Abraham Lincoln High School defeated Yerba Buena Varsity 3-1, although our girls played fantastically. ROSIE DO to Yerba Buena High School were named players of the game. finished four games and will carry on with the remaining Pre-Season games. Hopefully, our girls will win the next games.

This Thursday, Yerba Buena High School is set to host San Jose High in an exciting preseason showdown. The JV teams will play at 5:30 PM, followed by the varsity game at 7:00 PM. Hey Warriors! As one of the final 2 schools we will play for the Pre-Season, get ready for a clash against Prospect HS. We've only won one game out of the nine meetings, while Prospect has won eight. Despite the difficult times we have had against them, we are determined to succeed this time around. Furthermore this is the home ground for Prospect HS. A match with the efforts of the Yerba Buena girls when we were unfortunately defeated 3-0 by the home team Prospect. They played overwhelmingly and won against our girls. Although the first two rounds of the match, our girls tried to win against Prospect when the scores were 25-22 and 25-20 respectively, the scores were equal between Yerba Buena and Prospect and the last round was 25-9 when our girls could not try to change the score. Anyway, the girls did very well, hope our girls will have more victories in the future.
