Hello Warriors, this is the 2024-2025 Season Recap of the Boys Basketball Season. Both the Varsity and JV Warriors did good work, with JV ending the season with a record of 3-7 in league and varsity with 3-9. The warriors would always ball out every game, with JV having Isaiah Boueche averaging 12.5 points per game and Francisco Mendoza averaging 13.2 points per game which is an amazing statline for our JV warriors. On the other hand, the Varsity warriors had exceptional players like Brandon Tran averaging an astonishing 19.1 points per game which was ranked 9th highest in the CIF Central Coast Section and 1st in league in points per game. Brandon Tran made our leagues first team All-League, and Thien Nguyen made second team All-League so congrats to them. Unfortunately this season didn’t place us near playoff contention, and we will stay in the C league not being eligible to move up. We finished 6th in the league out of 7 teams. But we still give a big thanks to all of our seniors who were a big part of the team, those being Andy Pham, Brandon Tran, Elijah Duncan, Hieu Dinh, and Johnson Bui. Coming into next year with young talent in our freshmans and players that can be pulled up from JV, we hope to have a bright future for the next following seasons and hope to do well. Let's keep fighting warriors. So until the next season, Peace!

As the Yerba Buena high school boys basketball team gears up for the 2024 - 25 season, excitement is building around the potential for growth and improvement. Tryouts for both JV and Varsity teams will officially kick off on November 4th at 6:00pm at the Yerba Buena Gym.
Last year, both teams faced their share of challenges; the JV team finished the season last year with a record of 4 - 6. To the hard work of the younger players who developed throughout the season. Meanwhile the Varsity team wrapped up with a 5 - 7 record last season fighting through a tough schedule and hoping to build on that foundation this season.
With our seniors in: Owen, Jaden, Malachi, Spencer, Eric, and Joeky graduating our team has a new fresh look and have high hopes for this upcoming season. Come and join us and the basketball team and shape our future with us. Go Warriors!
