2025 Season Overview
Hey! Hey! Warriors! With the end of water polo last year it was quite the season for both teams people made friends and rivals. Thank you to the people who played this season and the people who came to games to support.
Last year the girls team placed 6th with a score of 1-10 winning over Evergreen.
As for the boys they placed 5th place with a score of 4-8 winning over Gunderson and Mt. Pleasant. This season, both of our boys and girls team will remain in West Valley (C-League).
Many new players came out and tried out. As the season went by our players were showing lots of improvements. It was a tough season but our team was able to manage it with their efforts. The water polo team were very proud of their players with big expectations of taking on the other contenders in the league.

Hey! Hey! Hey Warriors! What an incredible game for our lady warriors! Our team came out strong and showed improvement from last season. During the 3rd quarter our warriors held the lead. Let’s highlight our top scorers Shalik and Jolan, who each scored 5 goals, while Brenda and Evelyn added 1 goal each, bringing us to an impressive 12 goals.
Unfortunately, the game ended in heartbreak with a 12–13 loss. It was an unfortunate ending to an incredible game but there is plenty to be proud of. The team has shown tremendous improvement compared to last season when we went up against them, and this game was another reminder of how far we've come.
But we’re not done yet.
We face them again next Tuesday at their home pool. We’ll take what we learned from this game and come back stronger. Hopefully we will be able to turn the result around with a win next week. Stay tuned warriors!

CHS VS YB PRE-ARTICLE
Hey! Hey! Hey Warriors! Our girls' water polo season has officially started! Our Lady Warriors will be going up against Christopher High School on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. It will be a home game at the pool deck @ 4 pm.
Last year, our team faced a tough game against them, losing to them twice during the season. Those losses have given us even more motivation heading into this year’s matchup.
Our team has worked hard to improve in every part of the game. We have grown stronger as a team, improved our communication, and gained more experience and confidence in the water. We know this game will be a challenge, but we also know how much we have improved since the last time we faced them.
We can’t wait to get back in the pool and go up against them again. Hopefully, it will be a competitive and fun game where we can show how far we’ve come. Most importantly, we want to give it our all, play together, and hopefully come away with a better record against them this year.
